Tenders Are Invited For Renting Earthmoving Machines Without A Driver

The City Of Riihimäki (Hereafter The Customer Or The Procurement Unit) Requests Your Offer For The Purchase Of Rental Machines Without A Driver For The Work Sites Of The City Of Riihimäki In Accordance With This Request For Tender And The Attached Documents. The Procurement Includes Rental Work Machines Without A Driver, The Machines Must Be Suitable For Use On Construction Sites. The Work Sites Are Municipal Engineering Sites And Maintenance Of Public Areas And Properties (Including Winter Maintenance). The Work Will Be Done In The Riihimäki Area. The Duration Of The Contract Period Is 1 January 2026-31 December 2027. However, The Contract Is Created At The Earliest After The Parties Have Signed The Contract. It Is Possible To Extend The Contract With One (1) Two (2) Year Option Period. The Customer Decides On The Implementation Of The Option Period Independently No Later Than Three (3) Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. A Framework Arrangement Will Be Established For The Procurement. The Procurement Is Divided Into Eleven (11) Sub-Areas: Sub-Area 1: Tracked Excavators, Rated Weight 12.1 Tn And Over (Kkht) Sub-Area 2: Tracked Excavators, Rated Weight 9.1-12 Tn (Kkht) Sub-Area 3: Tracked Excavators, Rated Weight 8.1-9 Tn (Kkht) Sub-Area 4: Crawler Excavators, Rated Weight 5-8 Tn (Kkht) Section 5: Tracked Excavators, Rated Weight Less Than 5 Tn (Kkht) Section 6: Wheel Loaders 10.1 – 15 Tn (Kup) Section 7: Wheel Loaders 5 – 10 Tn (Kup) Section 8: Wheel Loaders Less Than 5 Tn (Kup) Sub-Area 9: Wheel Loaders Under 2 Tn (Kup) Sub-Area 10: Double Roller Rollers Sub-Area 11: Wheeled Excavators, Classification Weight 10-15 Tn (Kkhp) The Tenderers Offer May Apply To One Or More Sub-Areas. The Tenderer Must Select The Sub-Areas For Which The Tenderer Makes A Tender In The Tender Service. Making Parallel Offers In The Offer Service Is Not Allowed. For Each Sub-Area, A Maximum Of Five (5) Suppliers Who Have Offered The Most Economical Work Machine Will Be Selected. The Customer Can Choose To Accept Fewer Contractual Partners If There Are Not Enough Suitable Providers Available. In This Procurement, The Lowest Price Is Used As The Basis Of The Overall Economic Advantage. The Minimum Requirements Set For Quality In The Request For Tenders Allow Comparison Only On Price.
