Any Person Or Entity That Fails To Attend The Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting Will Not Be Permitted To Submit A Proposal For The Project And Any Proposals Submitted By A Person Or Entity That Did Not Attend The Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting Will Be Returned Unopened. No Extension Of Proposal Will Be Made.
