Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of Engineering For Emergency Cleaning And Profiling Of Kiselo Dere River In The Urbanized Territory Of The City Of Pirdop, Municipality Of Pirdop, Sofia Region

With The Current Award Procedure, The Selection Of A Contractor Should Be Ensured, Through Which A Complete, Complex Solution To An Infrastructure Issue For A Site Can Be Achieved: Emergency Cleaning And Profiling Of The Kiselo Dere River In The Urbanized Territory Of The City Of Pirdop, Municipality Of Pirdop, Sofia Region. Due To The Strong Development Of Low And High Moisture-Loving Vegetation And The Silted Materials From Decay, The Gully Has Reduced Conductivity And In Case Of Intense Rainfall, The Adjacent Territories Would Be Flooded. Reduced Conductivity Of The Gully Was Found; Flooding Of A Part Of Adjacent Urbanized Territories; Damage To Tree Species Near The Ravine; Accumulation Of Rotting Masses Of Earth, Dense Vegetation In Certain Places In The Ravine; Siltation Along The Gully; It Is Possible That During Heavy Rains, Water May Escape From The Bed Of The Ravine, Which Will Lead To Flooding Of Properties And Causing Damage. The Purpose Of The Intervention On The Bed Of The Gully Is To Ensure The Risk Of Future Floods And The Failure Of The Facility Along The River, As Well As To Extend The Operational Life Of The Facility. In Order To Achieve The Above, It Is Planned To Carry Out The Following Within The Scope Of This Assignment: Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase For A Site: Emergency Cleaning And Profiling Of The Kiselo Dere River In The Urbanized Territory Of The Town Of Pirdop, Municipality Of Pirdop, Sofia Region And Carrying Out Authors Supervision During Construction. The Design Team Of The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise Authors Supervision During Construction On All Parts Of The Project According To Art. 162 Of The Zut. The Designer Of The Relevant Part Must Be Present At The Drawing Up Of All Acts And Protocols Requiring The Participation Of A Designer, Mandatory According To The Category Of Construction According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 For The Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction. Implementation Of The Planned Construction Works, According To The Prepared Project Documentation. The Warranty Terms For The Object Are According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003. For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, And The Same Start To Flow From The Date Of Putting The Construction Site Into Operation (Issuance Of A Permit For Use Or A Certificate For Putting Into Operation).
