The Contractor Has A Commitment To Carry Out Design, Construction Activities And Execution Of Authors Supervision Of An Existing Building Of The House Of Culture In The Village Of Vranilovtsi, Municipality Of Gabrovo, According To The Technical Specification And Design Assignment, An Integral Part Of The Documentation. Types Of Activities: 1. Development Of A Technical Investment Project. The Preparation Of The Technical Project Is Carried Out By Legally Competent Designers. The Project Should Be Prepared In Compliance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4/2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects. The Investment Project Should Be Prepared According To The Attached Terms Of Reference For Investment Design. It Is Prepared In Parts: • Architecture, Incl. Accessible Environment Solutions; • Park Management And Landscaping; • Technology; • Interior, Furniture And Equipment; • Constructions; • Electrical Installations, Low-Current Installations And Fire Alarm; • Plumbing; • Heat Supply, Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning; • Energy Efficiency; • Geodesy; • Fire Safety; • Pbz; • Construction Waste Management Plan; • Accounting Documentation. The Project Decisions Must Be Mutually Agreed Upon In Parts And Specified In Specific Details For The Nodal Parts Affecting Related Decisions From Different Parts Of The Investment Project. 2. Exercise Of Copyright Control The Contractor Undertakes To Exercise Copyright Supervision In The Following Cases: - In All Cases Where The Presence Of A Designer At The Site Is Imperative, After Notification By The Contracting Authority Or The Person Exercising Construction Supervision. - For Participation In The Reception Committee Of The Completed Construction And Installation Works. 3. Implementation Of The Mou The Implementation Of The Smr Is Carried Out In Accordance With Part Three Construction Of The Zut And Begins After The Issuance Of A Construction Permit By The Competent Authorities. The Public Procurement Is Enforceable Under The Conditions Described In The Guidelines, Technical Specification, Design Assignment And Draft Contract, Part Of The Documentation For Participation In This Procedure. The Object Is Financed From The State Budget, According To The Financial Support Agreement, Between The Ministry Of Regional Development And The Municipality Of Gabrovo. The Object Falls Under Appendix No. 3 To Art. 113, Para. 11 (Amended - Sg No. 61 Of 2025, In Force From 29.07.2025) Of The Zdbrb For 2025.
