The Present Project Deals With The Reconstruction/Replacement/ Of Part Of The Street Water Supply Network Along 5 Streets In The Town Of Gramada. The Existing Street Water Mains Planned For Reconstruction Are Filled With Asbestos-Cement /Ac/ Pipes Φ150, Φ125, Φ100, Φ80 And Φ60mm. The Building Water Diversions /Сво/ In The Sections Of Reconstruction Are Filled With Galvanized Steel Pipes. Most Existing Building Deviations Do Not Have Sidewalk Stopcocks Installed. The Project Envisages The Dismantling Of The Asbestos-Cement Water Pipes In The Reconstruction Areas And Their Replacement With Multilayer Polyethylene Pipes Of High Density /Pe Rc + 100/, Suitable And Certified For Laying Without A Sand Bed, For Working Pressure Pn 10Bar, Which Will Be Laid In A Trench With A Width Of 0.70M And An Average Depth Of 1.60M, On A Sand Base With A Thickness Of 0.10M. The Pipes Will Be Backfilled And Compacted With Sand Up To 0.20M Above The Top, And The Rest Of The Trench Will Be Backfilled And Compacted With The Excavated Material Up To 0.40M From The Ground, The Last 0.40M To The Ground Level Will Be Backfilled And Compacted With Unsorted Crushed Stone. Backfilling Of The Pipes Will Be Done In Layers Of 0.20 M With Compaction. Surplus Earth Masses Will Be Transported To A Depot Specified By The Contracting Authority. A Detector Tape With Copper Wires Will Be Laid Directly On The Pipes Of The Street Water Pipes, A Signal Tape With The Inscription Water Pipe Will Be Laid 0.20 M Below The Ground Level. After Backfilling And Compaction Of The Excavations, It Is Planned To Restore The Damaged Street And Sidewalk Surfaces. The Connections Between The Polyethylene Pipes And Shaped Parts Of The Street Water Pipes Will Be Made By Frontal Thermal Welding And Electromuff Welding. It Is Planned That The Excavations For The Newly Designed Water Pipes Will Be Carried Out Along The Routes Of The Existing Ones, Which Will Be Dismantled. In This Way, It Is Also Easier To Locate The Location Of The Existing Building Water Mains, The Replacement Of Which Will Be Implemented Simultaneously With The Implementation Of The Street Water Mains. In The Event That The Existing Water Mains Fall Into The Pavement, The New Water Mains Should Be Moved To The Street Plateau, 1.0 M From The Curb. ​​​​​​​
