Project Description: The Project Assumes A Comprehensive Digital Transformation Of Pałuckie Centrum Zdrowia Sp. Z O. O. In Żnin, Including The Integration And Expansion Of It Systems, Digitization Of Medical Records, Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity And The Implementation Of Solutions Based On Artificial Intelligence And Integration With National Medical Data Repositories. Detailed Objectives In The Project: 1) Integration And Expansion Of The Healthcare Providers It Systems (Indicators D21g, D21g.R1) As Part Of This Component, It Is Planned To Expand The His Eskulap System With Additional Modules, Enabling The Expansion Of The Electronic Medical Records (Edm) Catalog. The Goal Is To Increase The Number Of Documents Generated In Digital Form And Ready To Be Sent To The P1 Platform. At The Same Time, An Integration Solution Compliant With The Hl7 Standard Will Be Purchased, Enabling Full Interoperability And Smooth Communication Between Domain Systems And The His System. This Action Will Significantly Improve Edm Management And Indexing In P1. The Implementation Will Be Accompanied By Training Of Medical And Administrative Staff. Additionally, The Project Provides For The Purchase Of The Necessary Ict Infrastructure: 4 Servers With Operating Systems And Virtualization, A Disk Array And Network Switches. These Activities Will Create A Stable And Secure It Environment. 2) Digitization Of Medical Documentation Important From The Point Of View Of Treatment And Prevention (Indicators D18g, D18g.R1) The Project Also Includes Activities Related To The Digitization Of Medical Documentation In Order To Supply The P1 Platform With The Required Documents. This Applies In Particular To Information Cards From Hospital Treatment. By Implementing Appropriate Tools For Converting Paper Documentation And Sending It To P1, The Hospital Will Be Able To Achieve A 95% Indexing Rate Of Cards In The Central Repository. Achieving This Goal Will Contribute To Improving The Continuity Of Patient Care, The Availability Of Medical Data To Other Healthcare Providers And Better Management Of Medical Information. 3) Activities Increasing The Level Of Hospital Cybersecurity (Indicator D21g.R2) In Response To Growing Cyber Threats, The Project Provides For The Modernization Of Key Elements Of The Security Infrastructure: Backup System, Firewall, Edge Devices And E-Mail Software.
