Concession Of The Local Public Transport Service, On The Weak Areas Of The Lucca Basin, For A Total Annual Road Travel Of 1,761,901.92 V*Km/Year, Of Which 13,422.01 V*Km/Year For On-Demand Tpl Services (Quantifiable, In Terms Of Hours/Year Of Operation, In Approximately 600 Hours/Year), For An Estimated Duration Of 6 Years And 85 Days. Therefore, From The Start Of The Service Until 6 September 2032, In The Ato Of The Lucca Basin A Total Of 10,976,890.32 V*Km Will Have To Be Traveled For Lpt Services, Assuming The Start Of The Service From 14 June 2026. The Lpt Service Will Have To Be Carried Out In The Municipal Territories In The Four Areas Of The Province: 1) Area Of Versilia, 2) Area Of Media Valle Del Serchio, 3) Piana Di Lucca Area, 4) Garfagnana Area, As Better Detailed In The Attached Technical Specifications. The Value Of The Concession For The Contractual Duration Is Equal To €34,070,139.88 Composed Of: Value Of The Grants From The Ee.Ll. €24,556,987.31; Value Of Traffic Revenues €5,035,334.90; Other Proceeds Relating To The Service €4,477,817.67. In Compliance With The Art. 4, Paragraph 3, Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract Up To A Maximum Of 50%, Under The Conditions Set Out In The Art. 4, Par. 4 Of The Same Regulation. The Estimated Amount Of This Option Is €17,035,069.94. The Value Of The Concession Including The Option Therefore Amounts To €51,105,209.82
