The Initiative Is Framed In The Idea Of ​​Generating, Through The Design And Simultaneous Execution Of Three Large-Scale Community Murals, Associated With A Participatory Process, Audiovisual Recording, And The Design Of Graphic Identity And Dissemination Pieces, Thus Achieving The Consolidation Of An “Open-Air Urban Art Museum For The City Of Coquimbo” Mau. These Works Complement A First Mural Intervention Carried Out During The First Months Of 2025, In Block N°4 Of The Eduardo Spencer Social Condominium. The 3 Murals Must Be Carried Out On The South Side Facades Of Blocks N°6, N°8 And N°10 Of The Eduardo Spencer Social Condominium, Which Faces Dr. Moukazel Street And The San Pablo Hospital, Constituting A Place Of Great Visibility From The Public Road. Each Mural Will Emerge From A Participatory Process That Involves Neighbors In The Formulation, Design And Execution Stages, Promoting Community Appropriation And Facilitating The Conservation And Defense Of The Work Over Time. This Initiative Is Also Part Of The Creation Of An Urban Art Festival That Will Display The Execution Of The Three Murals Simultaneously, By Renowned National And International Artists, Who Must Be Part Of The Team In Charge Of The Development Of The Work, In The Eduardospencer Social Condominium In The Elllano Sector. This Circuit Contributes To Consolidating The First Open-Air Museum In The Region, Strengthening The Cultural, Heritage And Tourist Identity Of Coquimbo, And Revitalizing An Emblematic Residential Sector.
