The Client Consultancy Offer Includes Advice In Connection With The Expansion Of The Hundested Care Center With 14 Homes. The Task May Include Client Advice From The Initial Planning Phase To The Delivery Business. The Homes Are Being Built In Hundested And Include An Extension Of The Existing Care Center With Homes Specially Designed For Residents With Dementia. The Extension Takes Place On The Northern Construction Site At Søndergade And Consists Of One Floor With A Total Of 14 Homes, Spread Over 939 M² Of Living Space And 310 M² Of Service Area. See Appendix 4, Where The Expansion Of Nursing Homes For Citizens Affected By Dementia Is Described - Hundested, The Northern Building Site At Søndergade, 1 Floor. The Place Of Execution Is: Søndergade 81A, 3390 Hundested. The Agreement Has A Duration Of Approx. 3 Years. See Appendix 3 Main Timetable. The Detailed Scope And Content Of The Task Can Be Seen In The Clients Consultant Agreement With Annex. The Clients Consultants Tasks Include The Following Services: • Create A Construction Program For Obtaining Offers For The Construction Of 14 Care Homes In Totalcontract In Accordance With The Vision. • Completion Of Tenders For Turnkey Contracts According To The Act On Tenders The Clients Consultants Tasks May Include The Following Additional Services: • Carry Out Quality Assurance In The Form Of Inspection • Assist In Connection With From Operation To Construction To Operation (Commissioning) • Construction Management During Execution • Professional Supervision During Execution • Ad Hoc Technical/Professional Assistance In The List Of Offers, Prices Are Given For All Services Covered By The Clients Consultant Agreement. Halsnæs Municipality Is Not Obliged To Purchase The Additional Services Contained In The Contract. Purchase Of Such Services Takes Place As Needed And Is Settled Either As A Fixed Price Or After Elapsed Time On The Basis Of The Prices Stated In The Offer. The Services Covered By The Framework Agreement Are Described In More Detail In The Developer Agreement And Appendix 1 Weeding Scheme Ybb19. The Total Value Of The Contract Incl. Fixed And Additional Services Are Estimated At Approx. 1 - 1.5 Million Dkk Excl. Vat The Total Contract Is Budgeted With Tradesmens Expenses Of Approx. 23 Million Dkk, See Appendix 4. The Clients Consultant Agreement Is Based On Abr Simplified And Performance Description For Clients Consultancy (Ybb 19) And Sets Out The Clients Consultants Rights And Obligations In Relation To The Project.
