Tenders Are Invited For Transport Of Disabled Students To Educational Institutions

1. The Subject Of The Order Is Part I - Transport And Return Of Students To The Facility In Gudów.2. The Basis For Arranging Transport Routes Is Data Regarding: 1) The Number Of People Transported, 2) The Place Of Residence Of Individual Students, 3) The Target Place Of Transport Of Students, 4) A Precisely Defined Transport Route, 5) Ensuring The Shortest Possible Route Of Transport And Drop-Off. 3. Students Will Be Transported And Dropped Off According To The Timetable Proposed By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party. 4. On The Days Of Classes Or School, Students Should Be Transported To Institutions No Earlier Than 7.30 A.M. And No Later Than 8:00 A.M., And Taken Home No Later Than 3:00 P.M.5. The Exact Designation Of Time Intervals And Stops In Which Students Should Be Transported To The Facility And Their Return After The End Of Classes Will Be Agreed Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Services In Such A Way That The Time Spent By Students On The Journey Is As Short As Possible, Which Means No More Than 60 Minutes, And Should Also Take Into Account That The Transported Students Can Start Classes On Time, Without Unnecessary Waiting For Them, And That After Their Completion They Are Taken Back Without Unnecessary Waiting.7. The Timetable Should Be Developed So That The Daily Transport Route Is The Shortest On A Given Day. The Timetable Cannot Exceed The Number Of Kilometers Presented In Annex 11 To Swz.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Arrange The Days Of Transport And Pick-Up Of Students As Well As Days Off From Classes With The Directors Of Individual Institutions.9. The List Of Towns And The Number Of Students From Each Town Is Presented In Annex No. 11 To Swz.10. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Routes And The Number Of Kilometers During The Execution Of The Order, While Maintaining The Applicable Rate Per Kilometer Of Vehicle Mileage.11. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Changing The Number Of Transported Students. If The Number Of Transported Students Increases, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Their Transport On The Terms Specified In The Offer. 12. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Transport Services For The Transportation Of Disabled Students With Exceptional Care And Safety, Including Providing Care For Students During The Entire Journey And When Students Get On And Off The Vehicle. 13. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Care For All Students During The Provision Of The Service By Employing An Appropriately Trained Guardian To Ensure The Safety Of Students During Transport, Getting On And Off The Vehicle, Crossing The Road To And From The Vehicle. The Driver Of The Vehicle Cannot Act As A Guardian. 14. The Contractor Will Provide A Guardian Whose Task Will Be To Supervise The Students During Transport, Ensure That Each Student Is Fastened With A Seat Belt During Transport, Provide Active Assistance To Students When Boarding, Takin
