Construction Materials Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Registered Office And Deposited In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, At The Contractors Expense And At The Expense Of The Contractor.2. All Materials Must Comply With Applicable Standards And Construction Law Regulations And Have Appropriate Quality Certificates.3. The Materials Must Be New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Factory Packed.4. The Contractor Will Provide Technical Data Sheets And Declarations Of Conformity For Each Type Of Material, If Required By Law.
