Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of Some Of The Tasks Of The Homeless Animal Care Program And Removal And Disposal Of Dead Animals From The Area Of The City Of Rydułtowy
Package No. I - Providing Homeless Animals With A Place In An Animal Shelter, Catching Homeless Animals And Obligatory Sterilization And Castration.1. The Task Includes Catching And Transporting Homeless Animals From The Town Of Rydułtowy To The Shelter Using Our Own Transport And At Our Own Expense, Each Time From Dawn To Dusk And 24 Hours A Day In The Event Of Bites, Upon Notification Of The Ordering Party And The City Guard.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Task Immediately, But No Later Than 3 Hours After Receiving The Notification. Animals Caught As A Result Of The Intervention Will Be Kept At The Municipal Utilities Facility In Rydułtowy Before Being Transported To The Shelter.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Task Referred To In Section 1, While Maintaining The Following Conditions: 1) Accepting Homeless Animals Caught From The Area Of The City Of Rydułtowy And Under The Care Of The Shelter In Rybnik, Which Has So Far Provided Services To The City In This Regard (1 Piece), 2) Catching Stray Animals Using Equipment Adapted For This Purpose, Enabling Safe And Humane Performance Of This Activity, With The Least Amount Of Burden For The Animals, In Particular: Leashes, Grippers, Nets, Cages Traps,3) After Being Caught, Homeless Animals Should Be Immediately Transported To The Shelter,4) Transport Of Caught Animals To The Shelter Using Means Of Transport Adapted To The Given Species And Age Range Of Animals, And Their Transport Should Be Organized In Such A Way As Not To Cause Injury Or Unnecessary Suffering To Any Animal,5) Accepting And Keeping Homeless Animals From The City In A Shelter,6) Providing Ongoing Care For Homeless Animals From The City Located In The Shelter, Providing Them With Dignity And Humane Conditions, Including Daily Care And Attention, Including In Particular: Regular Removal Of All Waste From The Premises, Providing Animals With Protection Against Cold Or Heat, Feeding Animals In Accordance With The Recommendations Of A Veterinarian, Watering Animals, In Particular By Ensuring Them Constant Access To Fresh Drinking Water; Providing Animals With The Opportunity To Go For Walks, Adapted To Their Needs And Health Condition,7) Conducting Quarantine For Newly Arrived Animals According To The Veterinarians Recommendations,8) Ensuring At Least One Person To Constantly Supervise And Care For The Kept Animals,9) Providing The Necessary Veterinary Care For The Kept Animals, Including Ensuring That The Veterinarian Can Take Action At Any Time, In Particular In Situations Where The Animals Life And Health Are At Risk,10) Administering Pharmaceuticals To Remove Internal And External Parasites, Vaccines,11) Sterilization Or Castration Of Stray Animals Caught In The City, With The Exception Of Animals For Which There Are Contraindications To These Procedures Due To Their Health Condition Or Age,12) Humane Killing Of Animals In A Way That Involves Inflicting A Minimum Of Physical And Mental Suffering In Justified
