1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Service Including The Preparation Of Meals Adapted To The Customers Of The All-Day Senior Club Pod Żurawiem In Kępno, Residents Of The City And Commune Of Kępno And Their Delivery To The Clubs Headquarters. 2) By The Meals Referred To In Section 1, Should Be Understood As Lunch-Type Meals Containing The Following Volume And Weight: A) First Course: - 350 Milliliters Of Nutritious Soup Cooked With Meat Or Vegetable Stockb) Second Course: - 120 Grams Of Meat, Fish (Weight After Processing) - 120 Grams Of Egg - 200 Grams Of Potatoes, Boiled Groats, Rice Or Pasta - 150 Grams Of Salad, Vegetables Or Boiled Vegetables - 270 Grams Of Pancakes Or Potato Pancakesc) Drink: - 250 Milliliters3) Meals Adapted To Clients Of The All-Day Senior Club Pod Żurawiem In Kępno Should Be Understood As Meals Suitable For The Elderly And Sick, Containing The Right Taste, Smell, Color, Consistency And Composition In Terms Of The Content Of Nutrients, Minerals, Vitamins And Calorie, Without Excessive Amounts Of Pepper And Salt.4) Meals Will Be Prepared Five Days A Week, From Monday To Friday, Excluding Holidays.5) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Include Second Courses With Meat Three Times A Week, Fish Once A Week And Other Dishes Than Those Mentioned Above Once A Week, E.G. Pancakes, Potato Pancakes, Eggs, Etc. A Given Type Of Meal Cannot Be Repeated Within 10 Days.6) The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right To Consult The Menu Presented By The Contractor And Introduce Changes Therein.7) Meals Will Be Prepared From Preliminary Processing To Ready Meals On The Day Of Their Release, According To The Principles Of Rational Nutrition, Made Of Wholesome Products. The Caloric Content Of Meals Will Be In Accordance With The Standards Established By The Institute Of Nutrition And Food For Adults.8) As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Also Ensures The Distribution Of Prepared Meals In A Ready-To-Eat State In Thermoses And Insulated Containers With Inserts Inside (Gn Containers) Intended For Transporting Food, Guaranteeing The Maintenance Of The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Delivered Meals, Using Its Own Means Of Transport That Meets Sanitary Conditions.9) The Meals Will Be Transported To The Headquarters Of The All-Day Senior Club Pod. Żurawie” In Kępno Located At Ul. Sikorskiego 3, 5 Days A Week From Monday To Friday, Except Holidays, From 12:00 To 12:15.10) The Temperature Of Meals At The Time Of Serving Should Be 60Oc (+/- 2Oc) For Dishes Served Hot - Soup, Main Course, Hot Drinks, And 8Oc (+/- 2Oc) For Cold Dishes - Dishes Requiring Refrigeration. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Present Documented Written Monitoring Of Meal Temperatures.11) The Preparation And Transport Of Meals Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Generally Applicable Laws, In Particular The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended) And The Implementing Acts Issu
