The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery To The Ordering Partys Registered Office Of A Tractor To Transport A Water Tanker Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. 2. Formal Requirements For The Vehicle: A) Brand New Vehicle, Year Of Manufacture Not Older Than 2024, B) Diesel Engine With A Capacity Of 2900 To 3600 Cm3, C) Engine With A Power Of 75 - 85 Hp, Meeting The Exhaust Emission Standard Of At Least Stage V (Or Euro V), D) The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Act Of June 20, 1997. Road Traffic Law And Implementing Regulations Issued On The Basis Of This Act, E) The Vehicle Must Have All The Documents Necessary To Complete Formalities Related To Admission To Traffic On Public Roads In The Republic Of Poland, Including: Approval, Certificates, Certificates. 3.
