The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Hazardous Waste Of Medical And Veterinary Origin With Code 18, All Subgroups And Types Of Waste (Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of January 2, 2020 On The Waste Catalog, Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 10), According To The Ordering Partys Needs In The Estimated Quantity Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz.6.2. Emergency Medical Service Station In Czarna Dąbrówka At Ul. Gdańska 56.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide An Air-Conditioned Waste Storage Container With Dimensions No Less Than 2,500 Mm X 5,000 Mm (Width X Length). The Room Complies With The Guidelines Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of October 5, 2017.6.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Waste Storage Containers (8 Pieces Of 1,100 Liters Of Pvc) In The Offer Price.6.5. Waste Will Be Transported Using The Contractors Means Of Transport Intended For The Transport Of Hazardous Waste In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. Waste Transport Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Regarding Environmental Protection And Safety Of Human Life And Health, In Particular In A Manner That Takes Into Account The Chemical And Physical Properties Of Waste, Including Its State Of Matter, And The Hazards That The Waste May Cause, Including In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Separate Regulations.6.6. Quantitative Registration And Settlements Will Be Carried Out According To The Contractors Scales.6.7. Waste Transfer Cards Will Be Issued And Confirmed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Basis For Issuing An Invoice Are Confirmed Waste Transfer Cards On The Bdo Platform.6.8. Waste Collection Must Take Place On Mondays, Wednesdays And Fridays At Least Once Every 72 Hours.6.9. Pursuant To Art. 20 Section 3 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 699). Principle Of Proximity - It Is Prohibited To Dispose Of Infectious Medical Waste And Infectious Veterinary Waste Outside The Voivodeship Where They Were Generated.
