The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Complete, Brand New, Free From Defects, Loads Or Security Features, Fully Operational And Ready For Use, Meet All Safety Standards And Technical Requirements Provided For In Applicable Regulations And Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 6 (Opz). In Addition, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With All Legally Required Documents And Certificates, An Operating Manual, A Spare Parts Catalog, A Warranty Document, And A List Of Warranty And Post-Warranty Service Points, No Later Than On The Acceptance Date.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: - Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With The Required Parameters, Annex No. 6 To The Swz, - Draft Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
