The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design Of A Comprehensive Reconstruction Of The Diagnostic Station And The Execution Of Construction Works And Installation Of The Necessary Equipment In The Building Of The Vehicle Inspection Station At The Vocational School Complex. Gen. Stanisław Maczek In Koronowo. The Order Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. Detailed Guidelines Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Attached Functional And Utility Program. The Ordering Party Requires That The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Result In The Rebuilt Vehicle Inspection Station Obtaining A Transport Technical Inspection Certificate Allowing Further Operation Of The Basic Vehicle Inspection Station Of Type A B T And A Permit For Placing Identification Features On Vehicles And Making And Placing Replacement Plates - H. All Devices Used To Implement The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Minister Of Transport And Construction Of February 10, 2006 On Detailed Requirements For Stations Conducting Technical Tests Of Vehicles (Journal Of Laws Of 2006, No. 40, Item 275), Have The Necessary Certificates And Documentation Enabling And Ensuring Acceptance By Tdt. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Legal Provisions And Standards In Force In Poland, Including Those That Are Not Listed In The Functional And Utility Program And Are Necessary For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.
