Tanker On An Agricultural Chassis, Brand New (Tank And Chassis), Year Of Production Of The Tank And Chassis, Maximum 2024 (Not Older Than 2024).3. A Tanker For Transporting Drinking Water Must Have A Ce Declaration Of Conformity (A Declaration Of The Manufacturer Or His Authorized Representative Stating That The Product Complies With The Essential Requirements In Accordance With Article 5(10) Of The Act Of August 30, 2002 On The Conformity Assessment System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 215) And A Pzh Certificate Confirming That The Tanker Is Approved For Transport, Storage And Distribution Of Water Intended For Human Consumption In Emergency Situations.4. The Tanker Must Meet Polish And European Safety Requirements And The Requirements For Driving On Public Roads In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law.5. The Tanker Must Be Equipped With Hygienic Water Intake Points, I.E. Into The Tank (Inlet) And From The Tank (Water Intake Valve). The Tank Must Have A Durable And Tight Lockable Lock. 6. Hoses And Other Elements Constituting The Tanks Equipment Must Be Made Of Materials Approved For Contact With Drinking Water. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Other Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Of Its Implementation Are Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz And In The Draft (Template) Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. Specific Technical And Warranty Parameters Should Be Treated As Minimal.
