1. Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of An 80 Kva Power Generator For The Gniezno Commune Office Together With A Transport Trailer. Task Co-Financed From The State Budget To Co-Finance Own Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Included In Key Areas Of Activity Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 - Area 2: Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies. The Quantitative Scope Of Delivery Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6. In Terms Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Deliver The Products That Are The Subject Of The Contract: A) To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E. Gniezno Commune Office 62-200 Gniezno Al. Reymonta 9-11, The Ordering Partys Representative Will Indicate To The Contractor A Warehouse Location. B) On His Own And At His Own Expense, Including The Cost Of Delivery Insurance, C) During The Ordering Partys Office Hours; 2) Delivery Of The Equipment Together With: 1) Warranty Cards, Operating Instructions And Other Documents Necessary To Take Over The Equipment For Use And Register The Trailer, 2) With All Accessories Constituting The Sales Set; 3) Delivery Of The Equipment To The Garage Indicated By The Ordering Partys Representative. 4) Notifying The Ordering Partys Representative Of The Planned Date Of Delivery Of The Equipment, No Later Than 3 Days Before This Date; 5) Agreeing With The Ordering Partys Representative On The Equipment Delivery Date, If The Ordering Partys Representative Submits Any Comments Regarding The Date Proposed By The Contractor In Accordance With Point 4 Above;6) Conducting Training In The Operation And Configuration Of The Purchased Devices.7) Preparing An Acceptance Protocol, Constituting The Basis For The Acceptance;8) Cooperation With The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract, And In Particular Providing All Necessary Explanations And Information Regarding The Subject Of The Contract At Each Request Of The Ordering Party Or A Person Indicated By The Ordering Party.
