Dendrological Opinion Of Nature Monuments Growing In The Manor And Park Complex In Bronice, B) Conservation And Constant Observation Of The Condition Of The Trees During The Term Of The Contract, C) Removal Of Trees, Based On The Attached Documentation, I.E. D) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works.3. The Scope, Characteristics And Conditions Of Implementation And Performance Standards Of Individual Works: 1) During The Implementation Of The Works, The Contractor Will Comply With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, And In Particular, The Contractor Is To Ensure That Employees Do Not Perform Work In Conditions That Are Dangerous, Harmful To Health Or That Do Not Meet The Appropriate Sanitary Requirements; 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Know And Apply All Regulations Regarding Environmental Protection And The Protection Of Monuments During The Work. The Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Legal Provisions Regarding The Subject Of Protection;3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Work By A Person With Experience In The Care Of Tall Greenery And To Perform It In Accordance With The Art Of Gardening, In Order To Avoid The So-Called Tree Pollarding. 4) Work Performed On A Historic Tree Stand Should Always Be Performed Under The Supervision Of A Person With The Authorizations Required By The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments, Art. 37B. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Details Of The Person Supervising It Along With The Documents Indicated In The Lwkz Decision.5) The Work Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Nature Protection Act And The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of December 16, 2016 On The Protection Of Animal Species.6) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Protection Of The Installations And Devices Located In The Area Of ​​Work Being Carried Out. The Contractor Will Ensure Proper Marking And Protection Against Damage To These Installations And Devices During The Duration Of The Contract. All Collisions And Failures Related To Utilities (Aboveground And Underground Infrastructure) Should Be Reported Directly To The Appropriate Services Responsible For The Proper Functioning Of Technical Devices, I.E.
