The Environmental Agency (Kaur) Provides Aeronautical Meteorological Services In The Tallinn Flight Information Area And At Estonian Civil Airports In Accordance With The European Commissions Implementing Regulation (Eu) No. 2017/373, Which Stipulates Uniform Requirements For The Provision Of Air Navigation Services. To Implement The Technical Infrastructure Of The New Swim Concept, We Would Like To Obtain A Software Solution That Meets The Requirements Of The European Commission Regulation No. 2021/116 And The Eurocontrol Specification Swim Technical Infrastructure Yellow Profile (Eurocontrol Spec-170). A More Detailed List Of Requirements Is Given In The Technical Description Of The Procurement.
