The City Of Ibbenbüren Is Planning To Merge Its Community Secondary School, Which Is Currently Spread Over Two Locations In Laggenbeck And On The Dickenberg, At A New Location. The Site Of The Former Tennis Halls On The Street Am Sportzentrum Is Planned As The New Location. The Location Borders On The Area Of The Comprehensive School And The Kepler-Gymnasium In Ibbenbüren. The Area Is Owned By The City Of Ibbenbüren And Is Of A Suitable Size To Be Used For A New Secondary School Building. The Tennis Halls Have Already Been Dismantled. In Addition To The New Main School Building, A 5-Field Sports Hall With Space For Approx. 800 Spectators Will Be Built. The Hall East On The Property Will Be Dismantled After The New Sports Hall Is Completed. The Current Planning Provides For A Usable Area Of Approx. 3,500 M² And A Gross Floor Area Of Around 6,000 M² For The New Main School Building. 4,600 M² And A Gross Floor Area Of Approx. 6,000 M². The Area Of The Outdoor Facilities, Minus The Two Buildings, Amounts To Around 22,700 M². Dgnb Gold Certification Is Sought For The School Building. The Investment Costs (Kg 200 To 600) For The Project Amount To Approx. Eur 16,715,000 (Net) For The New School Building And Approx. Eur 14,965,000 (Net) For The Five-Field Sports Hall. In Addition There Are Approx. Eur 344,150 (Net) For The Transformer Station And Approx. Eur 171,010 (Net) For The Renovation Of The Bögel-Windmeyer Farm. The Investment Costs For The Outdoor Facilities Amount To Approximately Eur 4,112,000 (Net). Including Cost Group 700, The Production Costs For The School, The Five-Way Sports Hall, The Transformer Station, The Conversion Of Hof Bögel-Windmeyer And The Outdoor Facilities Are Estimated At Approximately Eur 47,034,608 (Net). Due To The Size Of The Project, The City Of Ibbenbüren Intends To Appoint The Awarding Authority To Be Awarded Externally. In Addition To The Preparation And Implementation Of The Award Procedures, The Entire Legal Pre- And Follow-Up Process Should Be Looked After By The External Contracting Authority. The Tendering Of The Construction Work Should Be Carried Out In Individual Trade Contracts. According To Current Findings From Service Phase 03, Around 75 Trades Are To Be Advertised Or Managed Via A Contracting Authority. It Is Intended To Access The Services Requested Here Shortly After The Commissioning And To Go Through The Procedures In Accordance With The Attached Control Schedule And The Award Schedule To Be Coordinated Afterwards.
