The Renewal Project Includes The Renewal Of The Base Slab Of The Ice Rink With The Necessary Equipment And Technical Installations In The Scope According To The Calculation Documents. The Implementation Form Of The Project Is A Turnkey Contract. The Main/General Contractor Also Acts As The Main Implementer Of The Project. Only The Main Contractor Has A Contractual Relationship With The Developer. Preliminary Schedule Of The Project:- Demolition And Construction Work Will Begin In April 2026.- Intermediate Goal: The Larger Ice Rink Within The Scope Of The Same Refrigeration Equipment Must Be Available From July 12, 2026 Without Interruption.- The Entire Project Must Be Completed, Received And Ready For Use By August 31, 2026 At The Latest.
