Municipal Housing Rehabilitation Work Rourets 2.When Dealing With An Original Home, Built In 1963, Which Has Not Been Reformed Or Improved, The Proposed Rehabilitation Fulfills The Following Objectives: 1.- Structurally Rehabilitate The Building To Ensure Its Correct Stability And Tightness, Carrying Out The Following Works: → Reinforcement Of The Foundation (Which Is Made Of Cyclopean Concrete, According To The Period Of Construction Of The Houses Of The Masters), Through Concrete Pits In Mass, Made By Ladies And Reaching, Through Previous Excavation, Substrate Of Adequate Resistance And Similar To That Of The Substrate Where The Rest Of The House Is Supported.→ Re-Patching Of The Mortar Coatings (Exterior) And Plaster (Interior) Around The Cracks Found On The Facades Of The Building.→ Sew Cracks Using Stainless Dacer Graps; Filling Gaps With Sealing Material For Full Continuity And Waterproofing Of The Facings.→ Replacement, If Dry, Of The Linings Of The Openings Of The Load Wall, Both Of The Interior Passage Openings And The Openings In The Exterior Facades.→ Restoration Of Removed Finishing Materials: Mortar (Exterior) And Plastering (Interior), With Continuity Meshes And Applying The Necessary Layers For The Total Repair Of The Coverings Of The Walls. Once This Structural Intervention Is Done, Continuity Should Be Given To The Rehabilitation Of The House By Carrying Out The Following Works: 2.- Substantial Improvement Of Its Energy Efficiency (Energy Demand, Co2 Emissions And Interior Thermal Comfort), Through The Following Interventions: → Incorporation Of Thermal Insulation On The Roof, Adding A Layer Of Panel Insulation, Extruded Polystyrene Sheet (Xps), 100 Mm Thick, Which Will Be Reinforced By Means Of A Breathable Sheet And A Regularization Layer Of Mortar. → Incorporation Of Thermal Insulation On The Facades Of The Building By Means Of The Sate System, Insulation On The Outside, Breaking All Types Of Thermal Bridges
