The Interior Renovation Works Of Dressing Room 3 Have Recently Been Carried Out (Phase 1); Therefore, The Dressing Rooms 1 And 2 (Phase 2), Which Are Original, With The Following Current State, Are Subject To Intervention: • The Coatings And Materials Are Simple And, On Occasion, In A Precarious State Of Conservation. • Outside, Plastered With Cement Mortar, Without Painting. • The Windows Are Made Of Wooden Carpentry And Simple Glazing. The Doors Are Hinged, Metallic And Galvanized. • Inside, The Walls Are Plastered And Painted Except For The Shower Enclosure, Which Is Tiled Up To 1.80M High. • The Toilets Are Simple And The Installations Are Superficial And Visible. • The Floor Is Continuous, Concrete, Which Is Painted Around The Showers. • The Current Ones Installations (Electrical And Supply Dacs And Afs) Are Poor And Will Need To Be Replaced. The Small Sanitation System, Located Below Ground Level, Will Also Be Reviewed.
