Supply And Installation Of Mobile Compact Wardrobes For The Reus Municipal Archive.The Present Tender Has As Its Object The Procurement Of The Supply And Installation Of Compact Mobile Lockers Destined For A Deposit Of The Municipal Archive Of Reus. It Will Be Necessary To Seek The Utilization Of The Maximum Capacity Of The Deposit, While Respecting The Distances With The Lighting System, Ventilation And Other Elements Of The Deposit (Minimum 15 Centimeters). Both Mobile Compact Cabinets And Shelves Must Be Dacer Sheet, With A Minimum Thickness Between 08 And 1 Mm, Cold Rolled, Low Carbon Content, Without Alloy, By Drawing And Cold Forming According To Une-36086-91 And En 10130 Or Equivalents, Subject To Phosphate Degreasing, Passivated, Painted By The Electrostatic System In One Color, Among Several Colors To Choose From, And Polymerized In A High-Temperature Drying Oven. These Compact Cabinets Must Be Composed Of Shelving Modules Mounted On Mobile Carts That Move On A Mechanical Traction System Along Some Rails That Are Already Installed. Given The Need To Guarantee The Preservation And Access To Documents, It Is Essential That The Archives Have Compact Cabinets, Thus Complying With Article 30.2 Of Law 10/2001, Of 13 July, On Archives And Documents, In Relation To The Receipt Of Public And Private Funds.
