The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation At The Level Of Project Documentation For Planning Permission (Hereinafter Referred To As Dpz), The Development Of Project Documentation For The Execution Of Construction (Hereinafter Referred To As Pdps), Engineering Activities Necessary To Ensure The Statements And Opinions Necessary For The Issuance Of A Decision On Planning Permission, Cooperation Of The Contractor With The Contracting Authority When Awarding A Public Contract For Construction Works And The Performance Of Author Supervision. The Existing Kindergarten Building At Mlýnská Street 27 Will Be Demolished. Part Of The Subject Of Performance Is The Updating Of The Statement On The Project Of Demolition Works, In Order To Obtain The Intention To Permit The Removal Of The Building. The Subject Of The Plan Will Be The Construction Of A New School Building (Building C) And Two Apartment Buildings (Buildings B And A). The Construction Also Includes The Construction Of A Sports Field For Elementary School Students And The Outdoor Space Needed For Kindergarten Children To Stay, As Well As The Construction Of An Underground Parking Lot.
