To Co-Finance The Procurement, Basf Se Has Submitted An Application For A Grant In Accordance With The Directive On The Promotion Of Investments In Combined Transport Handling Facilities Of November 23, 2022 And Expects To Have To Apply Public Procurement Law Accordingly As A Recipient Of The Grant. Procurement Takes Place In A Negotiated Procedure Preceded By A Participation Competition. Applicants Who Meet The Participation Criteria Will Receive Unrestricted And Complete Access To The Procurement Documents Free Of Charge Via The Procurement Portal And An Invitation To Submit An Offer With The Further Conditions And Deadlines In The Negotiation Process. Expenses For Participation And Preparation Of Offers Will Not Be Reimbursed.
