Furniture - Mephared 2 - Supply Of Non-Laboratory Furniture And Related Equipment For Kitchens, Libraries, Meeting Rooms And Offices With Kitchens, Childrens Group, Simulation Center And Pharmacy Simulator And Other Areas. The Faculty Of Pharmacy And The Faculty Of Medicine Of The Charles University In Hradec Králové Are Building, From August 2023, The New Central Building, Where The Deans Offices Of Both Faculties Will Be Located, And The New Faculty Building, Where All Teaching And Research Activities Of These Faculties Will Be Moved. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of Built-In And Free-Standing Non-Laboratory Furniture And Related Equipment To Kitchens For Students And Staff, To Meeting Rooms With Kitchens, To The Libraries Of Both Faculties, To Offices With Kitchens And To The Childrens Group, As Well As The Supply Of Furniture To The Premises Of The Simulation Center And The Supply Of A Pharmacy Simulator, The Supply Of Sinks On Cabinets And The Supply Of Furniture To Other Areas, Both In The New Faculty Building And In The New Central Building Buildings (Hereinafter Referred To As Goods). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Given In The Contract (In Appendix No. 4 Of This Procurement Documentation – Binding Draft Of The Contract), In Appendix No. 8 Of This Procurement Documentation – Specifications Of The Subject Of Performance And Technical Documentation And In Other Appendices Of The Procurement Documentation. The Client Points Out That The Required Dimensions Of The Goods Are Set Out In Annex No. 2 Of The Contract - Item Budget. If There Is A Discrepancy Between The Dimensions Specified In Annex No. 2 Of The Contract – Appropriation Budget And In Annex No. 8 Of The Procurement Documentation – Specifications Of The Subject Of Performance And Technical Documentation Or In Another Annex Of The Procurement Documentation Or The Contract, The Dimensions Specified In Annex No. 2 Of The Contract – Appropriation Budget Shall Apply (Take Precedence). The Required Dimensions Of The Goods May Be Deviated From Under The Conditions Specified In Article 6.4 Of The Agreement.
