The Purpose Of This Tender Is For The Winning Turnkey Consultant To Be Tasked With Completing The Project Material, So That The Project Material Can Form The Basis For Carrying Out A (New) Turnkey Tender And Entering Into A Turnkey Contract With The Winning Tenderer. The Winning Tenderer Must Carry Out: (1) Restoration And Completion Of The Project Material With A View To Carrying Out A Turnkey Tender Including Design Management. (2) Preparation Of A Plan For Safety And Health, Including The Work As Working Environment Coordinator P (Amk-P). (3) Review Of Existing Environmental Studies And Assessment Of Whether Another Mapping Of Environmentally Hazardous Substances Must Be Carried Out, And Whether It Is Necessary To Have New Supplementary Environmental Studies Carried Out With A View To Drawing Up A Plan For The Demolition Project. Rødovre Municipality Pays Separately For The Supplementary Physical Environmental Studies. (4) Carrying Out A Resource Mapping To Clarify Requirements For Sustainability In Connection With The Environmental Remediation And Demolition. (5) Preparation Of A Detailed Timetable For The Consultants Own Recovery And Completion Of The Project Material, Review Of Environmental Studies And Any Carrying Out Supplementary Studies And Resource Mapping. (6) Technical Ad Hoc Assistance During Rødovre Municipalitys Planning And Implementation Of Turnkey Tenders. It Is A Minimum Requirement That The Total Consultant Performs His Services Within The Framework Of The Clients Main Timetable, Including Delivery Of Service No. 1) – Service No. 5) By 14 June 2026 At The Latest.
