Based On The Contract, The Following Main Services Will Be Provided: • Realization Of The Technical-Economic Documentation Related To The Feasibility Study (Sf), Taking Into Account The Full Applicability Of The Legislation In Force (Norms, Norms, Standards, Etc.), With All The Details Necessary For Their Application; • Preparing The Necessary Documentation To Obtain The Urban Planning Certificate; • Preparation Of All The Necessary Documentation To Obtain The Approvals, Authorizations And Agreements According To The Urban Planning Certificate, Both From Romania And From Hungary, As The Case May Be; • Fully Implementing And Obtaining All The Recommendations/Conditions Requested By The Opinions And Agreements Obtained, Including The Opinions Issued By The Beneficiaries Of The Affected Networks And Utilities, If Applicable; • Elaboration Of The Cost-Benefit Analysis Of The Investment; • Elaboration Of The Multicriteria Analysis (Mca); • Elaboration Of Specialized Studies, As Follows: - The Topographical Study, Which Serves As A Basis For The Design Of Constructions; - The Hydrological And Hydraulic Study In Order To Determine The Flow Regime Of The Water Course That Intersects The Objective, As Well As The Calculation Of The Maximum Flows Of The Mureș River; - The Geotechnical Study To Identify The Nature Of The Foundation Land; - Traffic Study In Order To Analyze The General Characteristics Of The Traffic; - Sound Pollution Study (Noise Measurements) - Pedological Study To Identify Soils Influenced By Climate, Relief And Vegetation Conditions; - The Coexistence Study, As Appropriate; - Environmental Impact Study; - Documentation Regarding The Occupation Of The Lands Affected By The Work. The Road Infrastructure That Will Be Built Based On This Investment Objective Consists Of: - On The Territory Of Romania: Road Infrastructure Connecting The Mureș Bridge With Dn6, Bypassing The Town Of Cenad (Approx. 8.5 Km) - Cross-Border Bridge Over The Mureș River, Between The Dikes On One Side Of The River And The Border; - On The Territory Of Hungary: Road Infrastructure Connecting The Mureș Bridge With The Roundabout Designed On The Hungarian Side. The Activities Related To This Documentation Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specification, The Technical Documentation Posted In Seap, According To The Legal Provisions In Force. The Services That Are The Subject Of This Procedure Will Be Provided For A Period Of 11 Months From The Date Of The Start Order, Staged, According To The Provisions Of The Award Documentation - Specifications Chapter 5. The Estimated Value Of 2,347,113.42 Lei Without Vat. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification / Additional Information, On The 12Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers, Provided That The Requests Will Be Addressed At Least 22 Days Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers. Clarifications Submitted After This Deadline Will No Longer Be Taken Into Account.
