The Contract Is A Framework Agreement For Supplies, Processed Through Purchase Orders On The Basis Of Unit Prices, With A Minimum Amount Of 20,000 Euros Excluding Tax And A Maximum Annual Amount Of 70,000 Euros Excluding Tax, In Accordance With Articles R.2162-3 And R.2162-4 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Contract Is Not Awarded Within The Meaning Of Articles L2113-10, L2113-11, R2113-2 And R2113-3 Of The Public Procurement Code, Because The Object Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services. The Contract Will Take Effect From March 5, 2026, Or Its Notification Date If Later, For A Period Of One Year Renewable Three Times, I.E. A Maximum Duration Of Four Years.
