The Project And Portfolio Management (Ppm) Tool Will Support Ict Emmaüs In Planning, Executing And Monitoring (It) Projects And Portfolios. This Tool Contributes To The Efficiency, Collaboration And Overall Performance Of Our Projects. We Also Wish To Use The Tool For Time Registration Of Ict Emmaüs Employees. In Scope • Licenses To Use A Ppm Tool • Consultancy To Make Configuration Adjustments Specifically For Emmaüs • Consultancy For Migration Of The Current Tool And Upgrades • Incident Support During Implementation (Possibly In Escalation To The Developer Of The Ppm Tool). • Training For Users Out Of Scope • Hiring Project Leaders Or Project Employees The Figures May Evolve Over Time, But Today Ict Emmaüs Has: • About 25 Users (Project Leaders And Management) With Extensive Project Management Rights • About 40 Users With Limited Rights (Project Employees) • 100 Employees Must Have The Opportunity To Present Ideas/Project Proposals. Emmaüs Is Marketing An Agreement With An Initial Term Of 4 Years, With The Option Of Two Extensions Of 24 Months.
