Construction Work - Tender For Fire Protection Measures - Vordingborg Town Hall - Borgernes Hus. Like Many Other Danish Cities, Vordingborg City Is A City In Change. The Previously Strong And Well-Defined Main Strip In Algade Is Changing, And The Town Of Vordingborg Is Finding A New Shape With Smaller Centers Each With Their Own Character. To Support This Development, Vordingborg Municipality Initiated The Project The Red Carpets. The Aim Of The Project Was A Living City Centre, Where Threads Are Drawn Out And Grasp The Surrounding Educational And Cultural Institutions, Natural Experiences, Attractions, Businesses And Historical Highlights. Vordingborg Municipality Has Supported This Development By Creating An Attractive Hub And An Administrative Center (Rådhuset) On Valdemarstorvet By Implementing Two Stages. Stage 1, Which Consists Of A Job Center And Citizen Services, And Stage 2, Which Consists Of The Town Halls Other Functions. The Two Stages Are Built Together, Whereby A Coherent And Sustainable Building, Vordingborg Town Hall – Borgernes Hus, Is Built. However, In Connection With The Preliminary Works For The Preparation Of The Town Halls Final Statement, It Has Been Found That There Is A Need For The Town Hall To Be Set Up/Adapted In Relation To Fire Conditions. It Has Thus Been Established That It Will Be Necessary To Assign The Project To Fire Class 4 And To Make Further Adaptations In Order For The Town Hall To Obtain Approval And A Permit For Use. The Work On The Fire Renovation Must Start Immediately After The Contract Is Signed (Early/Mid January 2026) And Must Be Completed Before The End Of June 2026, So That A Permit For Use Can Be Obtained As Soon As Possible Thereafter.
