Tenders are invited for Public Services Contract for Consultancy Service for Outcome Harvesting Enabel is the Belgian development agency. It implements Belgiums governmental cooperation. With its partners in Belgium and abroad, Enabel offers solutions to address pressing global challenges - Climate Change, Urbanisation, Human Mobility, Peace and Security, Economic and Social Inequality - and to promote Global Citizenship. With 2,000 staff, Enabel manages about 170 projects in twenty countries, in Belgium, Africa and the Middle East. About Youth Protection & Civic Engagement Project The project aims to promote youth rights, enhance protection from GBV, improve access to SRHR services, and strengthen mental health and well-being among young people and their caregivers through a rights-based, participatory, and multi-sectoral approach. Result 1 Youth human rights and civic engagement: Promotes youth participation and awareness of human and digital rights through research, advocacy, student-led initiatives, and partnerships with universities and CSOs. It strengthens youth capacity to claim rights and engage in civic life while protecting themselves, especially online. Result 2 Enhanced protection and access to SRHR and GBV services: Improves access to quality SRHR and GBV prevention and response services through multi-sectoral coordination, awareness-raising, and capacity building. Focuses on inclusive and youth-friendly approaches, targeting persons with disabilities and underserved areas. Result 3 Improved mental health and well-being: Reduces stigma around mental health, builds staff capacities, and enhances access to specialized youth mental health services. Includes awareness campaigns, school-based interventions, and psychosocial support for caregivers to strengthen resilience and service quality.
