Tenders are invited for Purchasing of Discarded Items from the Hospital Ex: Glass / Plastic Bottles, Plastic Cans, Saline Bottles, Coconut Shells, Xray Cards, Chemicals Used for Washing of Xray Cards, Burnt Oil, Plastic / Wooden Items and Equipment Discarded by the Hospital. A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1500.00 should be paid to the Accounts Division of this Hospital in cash for each item and the original or copy of the receipt should be submitted with the application. If there is any difficulty in paying in cash, may also pay by a cheque drawn in favour of "Director, District General Hospital, Matale". Money Orders will not be accepted.
