The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Transport, Reception And Hosting Services For Internal/External Missions In The Context Of Outreach Activities (Conferences, Exhibitions, Events) Of The Ministry Of Digital Governance. The Services Provided Are Classified Under The Following Code Of The Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 63510000-7 Travel Agency And Related Services. The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To Two Hundred And Fifteen Thousand Euros (€215,000.00), Plus Vat Of Fifty-One Thousand Six Hundred Euros (€51,600.00), I.E. A Total Of Two Hundred And Sixty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Euros (€266,600.00). This Contract Is Not Divided Into Sections, Since The Assignment Of The Requested Services In The Form Of Separate Sections/Parts Is Not Possible, Because Interconnected Actions Should Be Carried Out Simultaneously, Which Should Be Carried Out By A Coordinator And Relate To A Single And Indivisible Set Of Services. Therefore, The Offers Are Submitted For All The Requested Services And Not For Part Of Them. The Duration Of The Contract Starts From Its Signature And Is Defined Either Until The Exhaustion Of The Total Contractual Quantities, Or Until The Exhaustion Of The Total Contractual Expenditure, Depending On Which Event Occurs Earlier.
