Tenders are invited for Mid-Term Evaluation of Lbn 1010 Project Applications should be sent to [email protected] before Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 14:00 (Beirut Time) Deutsche Welthungerhilfe e. V. (WHH) is one of the largest non-governmental organizations in Germany and has been supporting humanitarian and development projects in Lebanon since 2016, in partnership with local NGOs. The main purpose of this midline evaluation is to document and inform stakeholders (the donor BMZ, partners, and participants) of the relevance/appropriateness, Coherence/connectedness, Partnerships, Effectiveness/coverage, Efficiency, Sustainability, potential impact and lessons learned of the project intervention.
