Furthermore, It Is Noted That The Replacement Of The Old Existing Lighting Fixtures In The School Buildings Of The Municipality Of Glyfada Will Contribute To The Feeling Of Safety Of Students And Teachers And To Avoid An Accident Of A Lighting Fixture Falling, Due To Its Age, Which Is A Possible Consequence Of The Wear And Tear Of Its Materials And Structure. Their Construction Materials, Such As Metals, Plastics Or Connections, Naturally Wear Down Over Time And May Lose Their Structural Integrity. The New Generation Led Lighting Bodies Use Less Energy Than Conventional Lighting Solutions, While They Have Advantages Such As: • Lifetime: Led Light-Emitting Diodes Have A Much Longer Life Time Than Old-Style Lamps. • Durability : Because Led Lamps Do Not Have A Glass Casing And Are Mainly Composed Of Aluminum And Polycarbonate Material, They Are Durable And Do Not Break Like Traditional Lamps. • Temperature: Led Light-Emitting Diodes Do Not Emit Heat During Operation, Contributing To The Increase In Room Temperature. • Efficiency: Led Lights Consume Less Electricity And Contribute To The Economy With Their Long Lifespan. The Proposed Intervention Will Ensure The Upgrading Of Lighting With Homogeneity In School Rooms And Harmonization With European Standards And Regulations.
