Tenders are invited for Consultant to Conduct an Organizational Gender Equity, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) Audit WF-Cambodia is now looking for National Consultant or Consultant Team to conduct an Organizational Gender Equity, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) Audit in the WWF-Cambodia Country Office and relevant field offices. The Consultant(s) will work under the supervision of the WWF-Asia Pacific Senior Gender and Inclusive Conservation Advisor, and in close coordination with Country Office Teams, to fulfill the following tasks: · Design, refine and deliver an All-Staff Survey to the participating country office, including field offices and remote staff - delivered in English and local languages as required. · Design, refine and facilitate Interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) - minimum 5 interviews and 3 FGDs. · Analyze and collate data from Audit. · Provide a written report in English (not exceeding 15 pages, excluding Annexes). · Deliver report findings to Senior Leadership (Power Point Presentation).
