The Tender Concerns The Delivery Of Taxi Driving To Searched Citizens, The Municipalitys Employees And Politicians, The Target Group Is Described In More Detail In Section 2 Of The Requirements Specification. The Task Is Tendered As A Framework Agreement, Where Ishøj Municipality Is Not Obliged To Purchase A Specific Quantity. The Agreement Concerns Journeys That Cannot Be Handled By Movia, Bus Companies Or The Municipalitys Own Journey Department. Framework Agreement Is Awarded To One Supplier. The Task Is Not Divided, As The Ordering Party Considers That The Service Cannot Be Appropriately Divided. By Entering Into One Overall Framework Agreement, The Administrative Costs Are Minimized And The Overall Operating And Climate Costs Are Reduced. Environmental Or Climate Considerations Are Included In The Tender, With A Requirement To Switch To The Use Of Fossil-Free Vehicles. The Municipality Expects The Annual Consumption On The Contract To Be Approx. 4.2 Million Dkk Exclusive Of Vat. However, The Annual Remuneration During The Contract Period Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Prices Offered By The Supplier And The Municipalitys Actual Consumption Of The Suppliers Services. The Above Volumes May Increase As A Result Of Inflation Or That Some Of The Municipalitys Other Suppliers Of Passenger Transport Cease. The Maximum Consumption On The Framework Agreements Can Thus Amount To Up To Dkk 6,300,000 Per Year. If All Options For Extension Of The Agreement (4 Years In Total) Are Used, This Corresponds To A Maximum Consumption Of Dkk 25,200,000. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Public Eu Tender In Accordance With Section Ii Of Act No. 1564 Of 15 December 2015, The Tenders Act, Which Means That Any Suitable Tenderer Has The Right To Submit A Tender.
