Tenders Are Invited For Organizing Events For The Ministry Of Social Affairs

The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Find Up To Three Framework Contract Partners Who Would Provide Organization Services For Various Trainings, Seminars, Cooperation Days And Smaller Meetings (Hereinafter Events) Across Estonia. Events Can Be, For Example, International Conferences With Up To 200 Participants, Hybrid Events, As Well As Seminars With Less Than 200 (For Example, 50) Participants Or Other Smaller Co-Creation Days. Possible Ordered Works In The Preparation Of The Events, On Site During The Entire Event And After The Event Has Taken Place, Are Outlined In Point 2 Of The Technical Description.
