Tenders Are Invited For Dynamic Purchasing System For The Storage Of Intervention Products Skimmed Milk Powder (Smp) And Butter

The Nature Of The Orders Placed Under The Das Concern The Storage Of The Intervention Products Falling Under Lot 1: Skimmed Milk Powder And Lot 2: Butter. In Short, Storage Means The Actual Storage Of The Product In Question And The Associated Services. This Is In Accordance With The Requirements, Terms And Conditions Stated In This Tender Document, Including Appendices And - In Due Course - In The Invitation To Tender. The Aim Of The Contracting Authority Is To Have Sufficient Storage Capacity (Both Space And Services) Available If The European Commission Decides That An Intervention In The Market Is Necessary. The Following Services Fall Within The Scope Of The Assignments To Be Carried Out Arising From The Das: • Storing Intervention Products Smp (Lot 1) And/Or Butter (Lot 2); Per Lot: The So-Called Handling Of Products, Which Concerns The Following Services: I. Incoming, Storage And Outgoing Of The Products; Ii. Keeping The Products In Optimal Condition; Iii. Keeping Records For, Among Other Things, Reporting Purposes; Iv. Providing The Necessary Cooperation With, Among Other Things, Inspections By The Client. If The Market Price Of The Intervention Products Falls Below, Or Almost Falls Below, An Intervention Price Determined By The European Commission, The Client Will Initiate A Quotation Procedure With Regard To The Product Group Of A Plot. After Completing The Quotation Procedure, The Client Will Proceed To Concluding One Or More Agreements Per Plot Within Which The Intervention Products Must Be Stored.
