Current Building Maintenance Works Includes The Execution Of Construction, Assembly And Repair Works In Case Of Emergency/Urgent And Current Repairs Of Existing Buildings /Municipal Property/. The Planned Activities Include Carrying Out Cmr And Pcmr For Urgent Repairs And Ongoing Maintenance Of Buildings And Parts Of Them - Municipal Property, Including: Concrete Works, Masonry Works, Roofing Works, Roof Drainage, Carpentry Works, Cladding Works, Plastering Works, Flooring And Screeds, Glazing Works, Painting Works, Waterproofing Works, Thermal Insulation Works, Carpentry Works, Dry Construction, Building Plumbing And Ov Installations, Electrical Installations, Repair Of Playgrounds And Facilities Adjacent To The Respective Building. All Types Of Activities Will Be Performed After Prior Agreement On Types And Quantities By A Representative Of The Contracting Authority - Aksakovo Municipality. In The Event Of The Need For Repairs, The Employer Provides The Contractor With A Contract Letter With The Initial Data, Sufficient To Start The Actual Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works, Signed By The Director Of The Directorate Investment Policy, Ecology, Programs And Projects At The Municipality Of Aksakovo.
