The Functional Scope Of The Contract Also Includes Other Elements, Such As The Maintenance Of Ornamental Fountains, Drinking Water Sources, Irrigation Facilities And Hydrants On Public Roads. Also Included Within The Scope Of The Contract Are All The Administrative And Auxiliary Management Services Prior To, Concurrent With And Subsequent To The Water Supply Service, Such As Comprehensive Customer Service For End Users, And The Settlement, Collection And Payment To The City Council Of The Non-Tax Patrimonial Benefits That Are Established, Among Others.
