Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance And Upkeep Of The Municipalitys Outdoor Lighting 2026–2027

Teuva Municipalitys Energy Industry Is Requesting Your Offer For Maintenance And Repair Work On The Lighting Of All Outdoor Areas Of The Municipality (Roads, Yards, Lawns) For The Period 1 January 2026–31 December 2027. The Procurement Includes Two (2) One-Year Option Periods (1 January 2028–31 December 2028 And 1 January 2029–31 December 2029). The Contractor Will Be Notified Of The Use Of The Options At Least Three (3) Months Before The End Of The Previous Contract Period. The Procurement Includes The Maintenance And Upkeep Work For The Lighting Of All Outdoor Areas (Roads, Yards, Lawns) Of Teuva Municipality As A Framework Contract. The Main Features Of The Work Include: • Annual Maintenance Round: A Round To Be Carried Out Between September And October, Where All Of The Municipalitys Outdoor Lights Are Checked And Detected Defects Are Repaired. Before The Tour, The Known Repair Needs Will Be Reviewed With The Customer. • Fault Correction: During The Service Tour And Separately Ordered Works, E.G. Cable, Device And Fuse Holders And Broken Lamps Are Replaced. •Excavator Work: Small-Scale Excavator Work Related To The Lighting Network (E.G. Repair Excavations For Damaged Underground Cables, Installation Or Straightening Of Pole Foundations). The Work Will Be Invoiced According To The Offered Unit Price (Incl. Machine And Driver).•Other Maintenance Work: If Necessary, Branches That Damage The Cables Will Be Removed And Faults In The Power Supply Centers Will Be Checked And Repaired.•Notification Obligation: The Contractor Will Inform The Customer Of Other Needs He/She Finds, Such As The Need To Straighten Or Replace Poles.•Work To Be Ordered Separately: Work Outside The Maintenance Cycle Will Be Agreed Separately And Will Be Carried Out According To The Offer At Prices.
