Basement 2 Is Being Built As An Extension Of The Basement Established In Construction Stage 1 And In A Fully Blasted, Secured And Sealed Construction Pit Established By Veidekke Via Their Contract For Ring 1 With The Norwegian Public Roads Administration. The Basement Areas Contain Operational Functions, Areas For Goods And Waste Management, Bicycle Parking/Cloakroom, Basement Under Block E And A Rotunda For Driving Access To Areas In Basement 2 And Areas Established In Construction Stage 1.
