The Transport And Delivery Of Press Products Takes Place Predominantly Throughout The Federal Republic Of Germany (Mainly To Recipients In The Postal Code Areas 4Xxxx And 5Xxxx). Transport And Delivery To Recipients Outside The Federal Republic Of Germany Amounts To Less Than 1% Of The Total Shipment Volume. Reference Is Also Made To The Service Description. The Expected Order Volume Is 727,200 Press Products. The Maximum Purchase Limit For Press Products Provided For In This Framework Agreement Is 840,000 (Information Based On The Maximum Term Of The Framework Agreement). There Is No Minimum Purchase Obligation From The Ihk Aachen. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With A Company. The Framework Agreement Comes Into Force When The Contract Is Awarded. The Start Of Performance For The Contractually Agreed Services Is December 22, 2025. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Framework Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Timely Collection Of The Press Products In Accordance With Appendix 03: Production Plan 2026 From Weiss-Druck Gmbh & Co.
