The Offer Includes One Heat Pump Plant Based On Outside Air As An Energy Source, The Plant Must Deliver 22.5-26 Mw Of Heat At 0° C Outside Temperature, As Well As A Relative Humidity Between 80 And 100%. The Project Allows All Natural Refrigerants In The Heat Pump Installation Itself. Only Direct Evaporation In The Air Yard Is Accepted For A1 Refrigerants, I.E. That No Flammable Or Toxic Refrigerants Are Wanted In The Air Farm. The Customer Wishes To Enter Into A Turnkey Contract For The Design, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Heat Pump System Within The Specified Delivery Limits. The Delivery Thus Includes A Project Where The Tenderer Takes Full Responsibility For Planning, Calculating, Collaborating On The Best Solution In The Short And Long Term, Purchasing, Carrying Out Installation And Commissioning. Reference Is Made To The Tender Documents Technical Descriptions And Specifications For A Detailed Specification Of The Delivery. The Contractor Must Carry Out All Necessary Work For The Establishment Of The Heat Pump System, Including, But Not Limited To: Preliminary Project, Detailed Project, Purchase Specifications, Quality Assurance, Ce Marking, Installation Control In Accordance With Requirements From The Labor Inspectorate, Compliance And Documentation Of All Relevant Authority Requirements. The Contractor Must Supply The Mechanical Technical Information That Is Necessary For The Design Of The Building Contract. Carry Out Planning, Coordination And Necessary Work That Is Necessary For The Delivery Of The Agreed Delivery. In The Start-Up Phase, The General Contractor Must Coordinate Project Planning And Interfaces With The Neighboring Contractors, To Clarify Availability Restrictions Quality Assurance, Control, Tests, Commissioning And Preparation Of Trial Operation And Warranty Measurements For The Heat Pump System.
