The Price For Renting A Car Will Also Include The Costs Of Customs And Tax Fees, Comprehensive Provision Of Services Connected With The Delivery Of Goods, Including Transport To The Place Of Fulfillment (Transport Costs, Insurance And Other Costs Associated With The Delivery Of Goods), Test Operation, Driver Training, Operating And Maintenance Manual In Printed Or Electronic Form, Service Booklet With Warranty Conditions In Slovak Language In Printed Or Electronic Form, Complete Certificate Of Vehicle Registration, Mandatory Equipment, Complete Accessories For Full-Scale Operation Of The Vehicle, Legal And Accident Insurance Of A Motor Vehicle, Annual Or 365-Day Highway Stamp, Full Volume Of Operating Fluids And Vehicle Lubricants, Min. 10 L Of Fuel. The Subject Of The Contract Is Not The Delivery, Assembly And Servicing Of Gps Monitoring Sets (Devices) For Tracking And Recording Selected Data On The Operation Of Motor Vehicles And Mechanisms, Nor The Delivery Of Sim Cards To Telemetry Units. These Will Be Provided By The Public Contracting Authority Separately And At Its Own Expense. The Delivered Goods Must Be Harmless To Health And Must Comply With European And Slovak Technical Standards And Requirements For Registration Of Passenger Cars In The Slovak Republic For Traffic On Land Roads And Obtaining A Permit For Operation And Insurance. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Its Entirety In Such A Way That It Is Precisely And Clearly Specified. If Any Of The Parameters Used, Or A Range Of Parameters, Identifies A Specific Type Of Product Or A Product Of A Specific Manufacturer, The Public Procurement Entity Shall Allow Such Product To Be Replaced By An Equivalent Product Or An Equivalent Technical Solution, Provided That The Equivalent Product Or An Equivalent Technical Solution Will Meet The Utility, Operational And Functional Characteristics That Are Necessary To Ensure The Purpose For Which The Mentioned Technologies And Devices Are Intended.
